Advanced Practice Registered Nurse — Nephrology

Latoya is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong nephrology foundation, beginning her career at UF Health (Shands of Jacksonville) on a renal medical-surgical unit. She brings experience across renal transplantation (pre/post), dialysis, medical–surgical and surgical/trauma ICU, progressive care, home health, hospice, correctional nursing, and urgent/primary care. She believes in collaborative, evidence‑based care and thorough patient education so individuals can make informed decisions about their kidney health.
